How Do I Trace Those Who Served in WWII As Military Nurses?

This is a tough one. Until 1944 (a year before the war ended), those who served in the Army and Navy as Military Nurses were given the insignia and the title, but they did not receive the recognition of serving in the US Armed Forces.

There are a few websites (Ancestry.com and FamilySearch.org) that have a minimal of documents in a category entitled Cadet Nursing Corp Card Files - 1942 to 1948.

I have had no success in finding the individuals I've searched for in this file, but your results may be different. Sometimes the hometown newspapers in the individual's state would provide an article of interest. Other sources of information can be obtained by family stories, notations in bibles, and/or obituaries.
